RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Handling accounts.
•Data entry for tally
• Completing the documentation work pertains to every Quotation.
• Follow up of quotation.
• Prepare reports and tax returns.
• Spending and budget monitoring.
• Audit and analysis of financial results.
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Consulting to reduce costs and increase profits.
• Compilation and presentation of financial and budget reports.
DUTIES:
• Be enthusiastic.
• Maintain neat and orderly office environment.
• Planning and implementing action plan for every tender. • Providing routine information on result of tenders.
• Maintaining calendar
• Punctuality: arrives to work on time.
• Presentation: is poised, well mannered, neatly and appropriately dressed, well groomed, and clean.
•All other duties as assigned.
