Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Record daily transactions, invoices, and payments systematically.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial statements.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns as per regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national tax laws.
- Assist in audits, financial inspections, and compliance reporting.
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
4. Payroll & Vendor Management
- Process salaries, reimbursements, and deductions accurately.
- Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense management.
- Ensure timely invoice processing and bank reconciliations.
5. Coordination with Stakeholders
- Work closely with management, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Assist in financial planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization.
- Provide financial insights for business growth and risk management.
