Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Record Keeping

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Record daily transactions, invoices, and payments systematically.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial statements.

2. Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns as per regulations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national tax laws.
Assist in audits, financial inspections, and compliance reporting.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.

4. Payroll & Vendor Management

Process salaries, reimbursements, and deductions accurately.
Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense management.
Ensure timely invoice processing and bank reconciliations.

5. Coordination with Stakeholders

Work closely with management, auditors, and tax consultants.
Assist in financial planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization.
Provide financial insights for business growth and risk management.
