Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks. Accountant responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Duties:
- Billing & Invoicing
- Payables Management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Petty Cash Management
- Debit Note/Credit Note
- Import/Export Documentation
- Customer Correspondence
- Banking Correspondence
- Foreign Remittance & Interest Calculation
- Accounts Finalization
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Accounting
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure proper bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Generate profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
- Provide insights on cost optimization and budget planning.
- Maintain accurate records for tax assessments and audits.
4. Software & Documentation
- Work with Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, expenses, and payroll records.
