Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.

* Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance.

* Manage vendor bills, bank reconciliations, and audits.

* Search, review, and submit tenders on GeM/e-procurement portals.

* Prepare technical & financial bids with all supporting documents.

* Coordinate for EMD, BG, and post-tender processes (LOA, contracts, orders).

* Keep records of tenders, MIS reports, and compliance documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Graduate in Commerce/Business (B.Com/BBA/MBA).

* 2–5 years of experience in accounts & tendering.

* Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office, and e-tender portals.

* Knowledge of GST, TDS, and government tender process.

* Good communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.
