Job Description
We are hiring an Accountant with strong skills in Tally and Zoho Books, and a Front Office Executive with excellent communication skills to manage visitors and reception duties.
Responsibilities:

Maintain accounts, GST/tax compliance, and prepare reports using Tally & Zoho Books.

Greet visitors, handle calls, manage correspondence, and support admin tasks.
Requirements:

Experience in accounting with Tally & Zoho Books.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1. Accounting & Financial Knowledge

Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

Expertise in ledger posting, journal entries, and reconciliation.
2. Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.).

Strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
-
Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.

Detect discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
4. Accuracy & Attention to Detail

Ensure all financial records are free from errors.

Careful handling of invoices, receipts, and bank documents.
5. Communication Skills

Ability to explain financial matters to non-finance staff in simple terms.

Good coordination with vendors, clients, and auditors.
6. Organizational Skills

Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines for tax filings, payroll, and reporting.

Maintain systematic records for quick retrieval during audits.
