Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Accountant to manage tax preparation, compliance, and financial record-keeping for individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, adherence to tax regulations, and timely reporting, while collaborating with clients to gather necessary information for tax filings.
Key Responsibilities
A. Tax Preparation & Compliance

Prepare and review Income Tax Returns (ITR) and GST Returns for individuals and businesses.

Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and filing deadlines.

Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements.
B. Financial Record-Keeping

Maintain accurate financial records including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Reconcile accounts and verify transactions for accuracy and completeness.

Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
C. Client Collaboration & Documentation
-
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documents and financial information for tax preparation.

Address client queries regarding tax compliance, filing procedures, and financial documentation.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all client financial information.
D. Audits & Reporting Support

Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and reports.

Prepare compliance reports and supporting schedules as required by regulatory authorities.
Required Skills & Competencies
A. Technical Skills

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and related tax regulations.

Ability to prepare tax returns, reconciliations, and financial statements accurately.
B. Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all financial work.
