Job Description
Prepare and manage client invoices, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations for construction projects.
Track project costs, budgets, and expenses including materials, labor, and subcontractor payments.
Assist in financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and variance analysis to support project profitability.
Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients for timely billing and payment collections.
Requirements
B.Com or MBA (Finance/Accounts) or equivalent qualification.
0-3 years experience in accounts, finance, or billing (freshers with good academic record welcome).
Basic knowledge of construction costing, GST/TDS compliance, and Tally/Excel preferred.
Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting tools.
Local candidates from Coimbatore, Chennai, Erode, Salem, Madurai, Thoothukudi, Trichy, or Tirupur preferred.
