Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented female Accountant to manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations in our real estate business. This role requires someone who understands basic accounting principles, reporting, and real estate-related financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Manage accounts receivable and payable.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Ensure all tax filings and statutory requirements are completed on time.

Support financial planning and budget management.

Monitor cash flow and suggest cost-saving opportunities.

Coordinate with external auditors and consultants when necessary.

Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in an accounting role

Age: Between 20 and 40 years

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Belgaum, Karnataka
