Part-time Accounting Opportunity in Residential Society
Job Type: Part-time (6 days/week, 2 hours/day)

Qualifications:

- Graduate – B.Com , B.Sc.

- Basic accounting knowledge

Key Skills:

- Tally and Excel proficiency

- Web application management (MyGate, Apartment Adda...etc.)

- Effective communication.

Working Hours: 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine financial records and statements for accuracy.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.

Conduct internal and external audits to determine financial accuracy and compliance.

Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.

Create and analyze budgets and financial forecasts.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
