Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage data entry, voucher posting, financial record maintenance, and taxation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliation, and accounts management while coordinating with vendors and handling payable/receivable accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Accurately enter financial transactions including vouchers, invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash handling.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters.
- Prepare and file GST returns, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS returns.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and tax laws.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments and client invoicing.
- Track outstanding dues and follow up for collections.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
4. Accounting Software & Reporting
- Work on Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Generate financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal teams for financial transactions.
- Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
