Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable Accountant to join our finance and accounting team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate records of all company financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting software.
The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining the company’s financial health by overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, assisting with audits, preparing tax filings, reconciling accounts, and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts. You will work closely with internal departments, external auditors, and financial institutions to ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial matters.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial closings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written) is required.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
