Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts.

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. Taxation & Compliance
-
Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.

Assist in audits and liaise with tax authorities when required.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
-
Manage vendor payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
-
Follow up on outstanding payments and process collections.
4. Payroll & Expense Management
-
Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).

Maintain expense records and budget tracking.
5. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
-
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

Maintain accurate records of ledgers, journal entries, and vouchers.
6. Budgeting & Cost Control
-
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
-
Provide insights to optimize expenses and improve financial efficiency.
