Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, records, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience in handling day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Process payroll, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Support in internal audits and financial planning.
- Utilize accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.) for efficient bookkeeping.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large financial data.
