Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage all accounting transactions (A/P, A/R, payroll, ledger entries, etc.)

Prepare and publish monthly financial statements

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

Monitor cash flows and assist in budget preparation
-
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and invoices
-
Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors
-
Process and record payments and receipts
-
Comply with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls
-
Support senior management with financial analysis and forecasting
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
Proven experience as an Accountant (2+ years preferred)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter / Cost Accountant (ICWA) – Preferred but not mandatory
-
Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes

Experience in handling audits or working with audit firms
