Accountant Jobs Opening in Yashraj Corporation at Mulund East, Mumbai
Job Description
- Manage day to day accounting activities
- Bookkeeping, Bank reconciliations, ledger entry, annual statements
- Reconciling documented reports, statements and various transactions
- Creating, reviewing and presenting budgets
- Recommending financial actions by analysing accounting options
- Coordination with and assisting our auditors in preparing audit reports
- Preparing and analysing financial statements like cash flow statement, balance sheet and profit and loss statement
- Submitting annual tax returns
- Knowledge of GST, ITR, Tally
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, financial statements, and transaction records.
- Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and government policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
3. Budgeting & Expense Management
- Monitor company expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and receivables tracking.
4. Payroll & Banking Transactions
- Process employee payroll and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Handle bank reconciliations, loan processing, and fund transfers.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
5. Financial Analysis & Decision Support
- Analyze financial trends and provide reports for management decisions.
- Evaluate profitability, investment opportunities, and cost control measures.
- Support senior management in financial planning and risk assessment.
