Requirement: Once selected you must complete the Bridging-the-gap program successfully
Join our team as an Admin Assistant intern at TGG Foundation, where you can apply your knowledge of accounting, effective communication skills, and proficiency in spoken English to make a difference!
1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Help in meeting the compliances.
3. Collaborate with team members to reconcile bank statements and perform monthly financial close activities.
4. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review.
5. Support the team in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Aid in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to assist in decision-making processes.
7. Communicating and coordinating with various members to ensure a smooth flow of their project.
8. Connect with various institutions and organisations to explore collaborations for better outreach.
9. Explore fundraising opportunities and coordinate with members to achieve their goals.
