Position Purpose
The objective of the position is to ensure timely processing of local offices bank and cash reports. according to Move One guidelines and processes.
Responsibilities / Duties / Functions Tasks
Collecting weekly Petty cash and Bank reports from field offices on weekly basis. Booking of Petty cash and Bank reports (all expenses, revenues and other transfers) in financial system. Collecting Cash Count Protocol and comparing if real balances of cash are matching with reports balances. Reconciliation of operational (job related) expenses, In Track/V3 and check-marking of those expenses in our financial system. Communication with field offices for all job related issues.
Reconciliation of all Advances given to employees for operational purposes. Booking, reconciliation and clearing of all Prepaid, Deposits, Accruals and other pending accounts on monthly basis Submitting local monthly reports, including Profit & Loss; Balance sheet; for countries in charge.
Sending monthly reports to Accounting Supervisor by 3rd working day of the month Skills University Degree (Preferably in Finance or Business but not a must) 1-2 Years Finance Assistant experience is preferred Basic computer skills and basic knowledge of Excel is required
