What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete track of global payments and controlling of expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices within SAP.
• Expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
• Vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
• Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Employee payments by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances
• Posting GL entries and preparing reconciliations for AP and other accruals

What We’re Looking For

• Finance professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts payable.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, any professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Prior exposure of SAP, and Accounts payable domain.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
• Must possess excellent communication skills to work with global stakeholders.
• Must be willing to accommodate the time zone with US corporate office.
