Role & responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end P2P accounting process, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
Process vendor invoices, verify purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
Perform account reconciliations for accounts payable and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
Monitor cash flow related to procurement and payment cycles.
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize payment workflows.
Maintain accurate ledger entries and financial documentation.
Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
