Accounts and Taxation Executive:

Job Description:

Strong background in Processing and coordination of Payroll and other processes.
Strong knowledge in benefit and compensation principals, Income Tax and retrials.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance relating to Payroll like PF/ ESI/ Ptax/ LWF and TDS
Knowledge on various perquisites under Income Tax Act.
Annual Compliance report for statutory requirements relating to salaries
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, -disability, and non taxable wages.
Calculation of TDS on vendor invoice payments.
Preparation of TDS report for quarterly return filing.
Assist in other tax related matters.
Experience in GST is an added advantage.
Maintain accounts in Tally accounting software.
Ensure accounting transactions with supporting documents and identifying the correct accounts heads, Revenue v/s Capex, treatment of prepaid & outstanding liabilities etc.
Bank Reconciliation immediately after the month end.
Debtors follow up as and when required.
