Job Description
- Preparing Invoices & ensuring timely delivery to clients
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations on receipt of payments from various clients
- If any short payment/discrepancy found in payment receipt, talk to customer & get it rectified
- Update fund position inflow/outflow on daily basis
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Online deposition of compliances like PF/ESIC/Service Tax/Professional Tax
- Salary disbursement Bank letters, various cheques on time and follow-up for signature.
- Making various NEFT/RTGS payments. (Need to visit twice or thrice at bank)
- Vendor payments (NEFT / RTGS / bank Deposits)
- Employees advance reconciliation (Petty Cash)
- Full & Final Settlement payment (Within 48 hrs)
- All transactions of DTSPL in Tally in real time (Max Delay 48 Hrs.)
- Assistance in preparing balance Sheet to Finance Dept. & Assisting in yearly audit
- Patty cash management
- Bank Account opening of all new joined employees
- Ensuring availability of signed cheque books all the times
