Role & Responsibilities
● Research and understand financial compliance, regulations, and best practices.
● Handle end-to-end TDS and GST compliance.
● Resolve TDS and GST related queries from vendors, employees, and authorities,
ensuring effective communication and adherence to tax regulations.
● Reconcile TDS and GST data with the general ledger to ensure consistency and
accuracy in financial reporting.
● Implement efficient financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and
reporting.
● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate potential risks.
● Communicate with external stakeholders such as auditors and regulatory bodies.
● Prepare financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-
making.
● Collaborate with co-founders and leadership to drive financial growth and stability.
You Should Apply If-
● 1-2 year of experience in Accounts.
● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Tally.
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
● Analytical skills for data interpretation and trend analysis.
● Attention to detail for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
