Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally and Excel, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Transactions

Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP or other accounting software.
Assist in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and process vendor payments.

2. Taxation & Compliance

Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Support in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Generate MIS reports and cash flow statements for management review.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

4. Documentation & Coordination

Maintain accurate invoice records, expense reports, and tax documents.
Work closely with banks, auditors, and tax consultants.
Support senior management with financial data analysis.
