Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs basic accounting responsibilities
- Processes invoices for payment
- Codes data for input to financial systems
- Reconciles ledgers and makes corrections or adjustments
- Processes and runs standard and ad hoc reports
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet productivity requirements
- Ability to respond to questions and effectively present information Customer service/vendor relation’s experience
Required Skills
- Basic PC skills - Microsoft Office May require specific software knowledge (MRM, 3D, Legacy, Lawson, FMS)
- Any graduation in accounts / Finance
