Job Description
- Excellent Communication Skill.
- Perform bookkeeping, general ledger functions.
- Reconcile vendor balances. & Make appropriate corrections in vendor accounts.
- Experience in Tally is must TDS Returns, CST Returns , Balance Sheet & General Accounting also able to work on software.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts statements every month.
- Prepare, reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable statements.
- Execute collections activities.
- Prepare vouchers, bills, invoices and cheques.
- Maintain stock statement & send the mail on daily basis.
- Prepare and mail Daily & monthly billing statements.
- Manage all information and update it on automated systems and generate accounting reports.
