Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To make entries for invoices, payments, receipt journals, sales, purchase etc. (all day to day entries in tally)

To manage petty cash accounts.

To maintain total file records (sales, purchase, payments, receipts etc.)

To handle day to day bank transactions (cheque deposit, withdrawal etc.,)

To follow up on AR management and provide support to collection activities.

To issue purchase orders or proforma invoice in co- ordination with HO and other responsibilities in time in time.

To liaison with commercial banks for fund and non-fund based limits.

To support other functional team members on timely completion of divisional deliverables
