Job Description
- Checking of Purchase vouchers & passing entries in Tally
- Passing of expenses entries in Tally
- Vendors & employees Advance status & follow up for closure
- Payment of Expenses, Vendors, Employees etc..Salary ,FNF disbursement processing
- Debtors & Creditors O/s Statement weekly, monthly etc.
- Reconciliation of ledgers with creditors & debtors.
- Bank Reconciliation daily
- Knowledge of TDS, Service Tax etc.
- Knowledge of GST.
- Roll out of GST.Payment of Taxes & Filling of Returns.Calculation of Taxes of employees for deducting TDS.
- Preparation of MIS report as per requirement.
- Benefits:PF, ESIC, PAID LEAVES
