we required account executive ● Preparing stock record in Excel sheet as well as in software ● Checking of customers record
● Calculate GSTR1 & GSTR 3B
● Handling Bank Reconciliation Statement
● Maintaining records of the expenses related to the telephone bill, electricity bill, water charges, and
office expenses.
● Making Invoices in Tally and Excel sheet.
● Making salary sheet of employees
● Payment Follow
● Making Salary Sheet in excel
● Making Cheques of Vendors
● Entry in Tally
● Handling Customer’s Call Related to the projects queries
● Making payment receipts for customers
● Checking of Customer’s Records
● Handling Bank Reconciliation Statement
● Maintaining records of the expenses related to the telephone bill, electricity bill, water charges, and
office expenses.
● Prepare the security chart for the attendance of the staff.
