Job Overview
An Accounting Executive is responsible for handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting for the organization. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting principles to ensure proper financial management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Transactions & Bookkeeping
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Maintain ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare documents for audits and tax assessments.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.
4. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
5. Payroll & Expense Management
- Support in employee payroll processing.
- Track business expenses and reimbursements.
