Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounting Executive responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Billing & Invoicing
- Payables Management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Petty Cash Management
- Debit Note/Credit Note
- Import/Export Documentation
- Customer Correspondence
- Banking Correspondence
- Foreign Remittance & Interest Calculation
- Accounts Finalization
Required Skills
Technical Skills

Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho, or other ERP systems.

MS Excel Expertise: Ability to prepare reports, manage formulas, and handle financial data efficiently.

Taxation & Compliance: Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.

Data Management: Ability to handle, organize, and analyze large sets of financial data.
Soft Skills

Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and team members.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
