- END TO END ACCOUNTING IN TALLY
- EWAY & EINVOICE BILLING
- ALL OTHER ACCOUNTS RELATED WORK
Requirements
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE IN TALLY
- MONTHLY GST RETURN CALCULATION & FILING
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-Day Accounting Operations:
-
Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books).

Manage and update general ledger accounts for assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
-
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
-
Monitor and manage incoming payments (Accounts Receivable) and ensure timely follow-ups.
-
Handle outgoing payments (Accounts Payable) including vendor bills, utility expenses, and employee reimbursements.

Prepare aging reports and assist in credit control processes.
3. Bank and Financial Reconciliation:
-
Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and petty cash accounts regularly.
-
Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ensure that all financial records are in sync with bank reports and internal statements.
4. Taxation and Statutory Compliance:
-
Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings.
-
Maintain proper records of tax payments and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors as needed.
5. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
-
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Provide financial data and reports to internal departments for decision-making.
6. Audit Support and Documentation:

Prepare necessary documents for internal and external audits.

Respond to audit queries and ensure accurate and timely submission of reports.

Maintain organized and updated files for all financial transactions and reports.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
-
Work closely with the finance manager, CFO, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Communicate with vendors, clients, banks, and government departments as required.

Support HR and admin teams in payroll accounting and expense reimbursements.
