Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping
-
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system.
-
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
-
Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
2. General Accounting & Compliance
-
Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
-
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
-
Assist in audits and financial reviews.
3. Budgeting & Reporting
-
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.
-
Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
-
Monitor cash flow and control expenses.
4. Taxation & Payroll Processing
-
Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, and other tax returns.
-
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement management.
-
Ensure timely submission of statutory dues.
5. Coordination & Support
-
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and clients for financial matters.
-
Work closely with the finance team and senior management.
-
Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls.
