Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and handle other statutory compliance matters

Ensure timely and accurate tax filing and compliance under Income Tax and Companies Act for private limited companies

Perform bank reconciliations, handle accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries

Maintain general ledger and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date

Generate financial reports, MIS reports, and perform variance analysis

Summarize large datasets and derive insights using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, etc.)Assist with internal and external audits

Coordinate with external consultants for tax and regulatory matters

Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English

Eligibility & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting roles

Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel

Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance for Sole proprietorship, Private limited company, etc.

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
