● Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

● Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.

● General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

● Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.

● Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns as needed.

● Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

● Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

● Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

● Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

● Policy Development: Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and streamline processes.
