Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry dynamics and the recruitment process.
Manage and coordinate end-to-end client operations, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of deliverables.
Prepare a regular internal and client reports, including dashboards to track key metrics and performance.
Analyze data from the reports prepared, providing insights and recommendations to improve operations.
Assist in the activation and reactivation of clients, identifying opportunities to generate new business and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
What You Will Learn:
In-depth understanding of client management and recruitment processes.
Practical experience in report preparation and data analysis.
Exposure to the business development process, including client engagement and lead generation.
