Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: -Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure accurate and timely financial transaction recording.
Support month-end and year-end close processes. Handle tax filings, GST returns, and liaise with external auditors.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
Support internal and external audits. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Accounting Executive, Accountant, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
