  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Account Management: Prepare and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that all transactions are processed on time and accurately.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and comply with accounting standards.
  • Budgeting: Support the finance team in preparing and monitoring the company’s budgets, highlighting any variances.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely preparation and filing of taxes, including VAT/GST, and assist with any audits related to taxation.

  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
