About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and update spreadsheets of periodic transactions
2. Process and maintain client and vendor invoices
3. Administer day-to-day finances
4. Update appropriate Google spreadsheets with financial data
5. Follow up with the relevant stakeholders for timely payment of bills, invoices, and other expense claims
6. Organize and maintain all the invoices
7. Keep records of invoices and tax payments
8. Coordinate and share the required data with CA as and when required
9. Identify and address account-related discrepancies
10. Understand credit and bank statements and handle balance sheets
11. Report on financial projections (monthly, quarterly, yearly basis)
12. Keep a track of client invoice due dates and maintain the vendor invoices in Tally/QuickBooks
13. Engage in PTRC returns filing and provide support in managing our day-to-day transactions, maintaining financial data, processing payments, maintaining cost reports, managing client, and vendor invoices

Other requirements
1. Knowledge of accounting software, like QuickBooks, Tally
2. Knowledge of Advanced Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using Excel functions)
3. Basic understanding of GSuite tools
4. Time-management and organization skills
5. Should be ready to learn new things
6. Decent communication skills
7. Bachelors in finance/accounting or relevant field
