Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting work in Tally softwarePrepare and maintain invoices, purchase & sales records, and expense entries
Coordinate with clients & suppliers through phone calls and emails
Assist in preparing quotations, bills, and account reconciliations
Maintain filing of accounts and related documents
Support office administration when required
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Good knowledge of Tally and basic accounting
Strong communication skills for calling and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Pursuing Graduation
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical & Accounting Skills

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP 9, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Oracle.

Expertise in GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
2. Leadership & Team Management
-
Ability to lead and motivate a team of accountants.

Delegation and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Strong aptitude for financial analysis and risk assessment.

Capability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication for dealing with management, vendors, and authorities.

Ability to present financial reports to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
5. Time Management & Decision-Making

Prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Make informed decisions based on financial data and business needs.
