Job Description
- Accounts Receivables / Payable Transactions
- Direct and Indirect Taxation
- Filing of TDS Quarterly Returns for Salaries and Other Payment Heads
- Generation of Form 16A / 16 on account of TDS Return Filed on a quarterly and annual basis respectively
- Support in Filing of Monthly GST Returns
- Coordinating with Customers / Vendors / Suppliers for any GST mismatch
- Bank & Cash Transactions
- Reconciliation of Bank and Cash on a monthly basis
- Monitor Cash Payments at all locations through the Money Plus Cards and prepare monthly reports on the same
- Liaising with Bankers for Fixed Deposits Interest Receipts, Form 16A, Interest Calculation Reconciliation
- Maintenance of Cash Book and Bank Book
