Accounts and Admin Assistant
Job ProfileTo input, maintain, update and record all accounting transactions of the Association
To assist the Office bearers by providing relevant accounts information, statistics, and reports as required from time-to-time
To assist the Office bearers of the Association in any Administrative activities
To maintain Residents' list, and update it with the latest information
To access ERP backend modules and ensure all administrative activities are completed regularly
To record Minutes of Meetings of all Association meetings and ensure they are recorded & published and as per guidelines
To act as the intermediary between the Residents and the Office Bearers of the Association
To coordinate and schedule meetings as required
