About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle complete admin/accounts, billing, and HR which includes billing/payments/admin/renewal reminders/filing/sales support
2. Provide complete pre and post-sales support & account management
3. Respond to customers in English via the 'Think Support' ticket system, email, and phone
