Job Description

Designation: Accounts And Administration

Responsibilities include:


1. Work on managing core finance activities i.e. updating Tally records & other formats & registers, liaising with company auditors, and maintaining accounting records/files up-to-date
2. Monitor & execute company banking activities including bank deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation
3. Perform internal accounting tasks, raising invoices, compiling regular banking/accounting details, preparing budgets & forecasts, vendor payment lists, expense statements, and account summaries
4. Work on salary processing, processing of travel claims, staff reimbursements, salary slips, Form 16, taxation
5. Work on vendor management
6. Work on office infrastructure and upkeep
7. Work on registration of staff on biometrics gadgets, deriving reports & handling s/w-related queries
8. Coordinate ER activities (monthly birthdays, anniversaries, weekend snacks, festive gifting, etc.)
9. Manage travel requirements, bookings for bus, cab, and flight for staff
10. Work on maintaining the office impeccably clean by delegating tasks to the housekeeping staff and monitoring their work
11. Answer phone calls, attend to clients and visitors, and make them comfortable in the office environment
12. Handle ad hoc tasks for directors (preparing cheques for personal payments, managing credit card payments/personal investments, coordinating with drivers for pickup-drop, et al), filing, and other work as assigned by manager/management
