Accounts and Billing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Attend and resolve customer queries of a financial nature via email and occasionally via phone calls

• Client onboarding and Billing Management

• Up-sell our new products to our resellers and work towards increasing their business with us

• Engage with existing resellers through phone calls, emails and personal visits with an aim towards building a strong relationship with them and help them resolve their issues

• Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Has experience in Account Management, Client Servicing roles is a plus

• Is an Immediate joiner; even freshers can also apply

• Experience in end to end Accounts Payable

• Experience on Tally Software
