Qualification : 1. Retired employees of Haryana Govt./Boards/Corporations as Superintendents/Section Officers/ Assistants and having B.Com from recognized University/Institute. OR The candidates must be B.Com with min. 60% marks from recognized University/Institute. Atleast 03 years relevant experience 2. Proficiency of drafting in English & Knowledge of computer is must.
