Accounts Assistant Job in Creative Newtech Limited at Kandivali West, Mumbai

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good numerical ability and a willingness to learn.

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Assist in sales and purchase entries and ledger posting.
• Support bank, cash and ledger reconciliation activities.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory documentation.
• Maintain proper records of bills, invoices and supporting documents.
• Assist in verification of invoices and expense claims.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collection of required financial documents.
• Support the team during month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform any other accounting-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year in Accounts/Finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Exposure to Tally / ERP / accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
