Job Description
Seeking 2 Accounts Assistant to enter purchase bills, create sales invoices, process vendor bills, expense bills, and do bank reconciliation. Working generally 5 days a week, 10 am-7pm. 1-2 Saturdays open as per work pressure. Work is in not a placement. There will not be any kind of travel or visit to other offices. Pure desk job.
Required- CA Inter pass candidates ONLY.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Bills Entry
-
Record all purchase bills accurately in the accounting system.

Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.

Ensure correct GST, tax, and pricing details are entered.

Sales Invoice Creation
-
Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers on time.

Ensure accurate details such as customer information, product/service descriptions, quantities, and rates.

Send invoices to clients and follow up for payment status, if required.

Vendor Bills & Expense Processing
-
Process vendor bills and expense claims as per company policies.
-
Maintain proper documentation for all expenses and vendor-related transactions.

Track pending payments and coordinate with the finance team for timely disbursement.

Bank Reconciliation
-
Match bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.

Identify discrepancies, investigate causes, and make necessary corrections.
-
Maintain up-to-date bank reconciliation statements.

Record-Keeping & Filing
-
Maintain organized and accessible records of all invoices, bills, and receipts.
-
Ensure proper filing for audit and compliance purposes.

Coordination & Support
-
Assist the accounts manager or senior accountant in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments for resolving billing or payment issues.

Required Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
-
Accuracy in data entry and ability to work with numbers.

Good communication skills and a professional approach.
