Job Post: Accounts Assistant
Job / Client Location: Yerwada.
Job Description:
1) Handling of Cash, Petty Cash, Day to day Journal, Receipt, Purchase, Sales entries in Tally Prime /Tally. ERP 9.
2) Assist in quarterly Sales bill generation via Housing Society module, checking of interest calculation of billed Debtor’s (members).
3) Assist in resolving queries of Debtors regarding maintenance.
4) Able to do interest calculation on MS Excel.
5) Good Knowledge of MS Excel i.e. Vloookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, sumif and other functions.
6) Processing of vendor’s payment on weekly basis and Payroll processing.
7) Assist to Senior Staff.
Candidate Qualification:
B.com / M.com with 0 - 2 Years of experience in accounting. Candidate shall be able to do independently accounting up to finalization. Knowledge of Tally Prime is must.
