Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing sales invoices as sales order.
- Maintaining cash book & preparing expenses voucher
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
- preparing maintaining payment to vendor
- Daily dispatch planning & production entry
- Cross checking of Sales orders per dispatch planning
- Manage process of Accounts Payable/Bills Payable (Vendor).
- Manage vendor/supplier relations, accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, credit memos and payment transactions
- Handle TDS and GST compliance.
- Maintain proper records of ledgers, accounts, schedules, documents which will be needed during year end audit
- Assisting internal & statutory auditors in finalization work by providing necessary clarification about purpose of entries done, documents, and vouchers information
- To Handle preparation of Supplier Aging and Vendor /advance reconciliation.
