Job Description
Role: To Provide voice support to Tally customers from all over India and across the globe
Qualification: Any Graduate having a basic knowledge of accounts and ready to work in an Accounts process, with a minimum cut off 60% in all academics.
Level of hire: Fresher
Must Possess: Good Communication skills in Hindi & English.
Interview Process: Online/Video/F2F-During lockdown interview process will be online
Shifts:
Its all-day shift
Willing to work in different day shifts starting from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm (girls) and 10:30 am to 9:30 pm (boys)
Flexible to work on any 2 Sundays in a month with a WO during weekdays.
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Package:
During the Training period: 10500/- PM (Stipend). Training Duration – 2 months
After Training Period CTC: 16950/- PM (Take home 15,300) (ESI and gratuity benefits)
Add-on values:
Project training on Tally ERP 9 provided by the company for 2 months along with the stipend and the training certificate.
After one-year completion employees will be eligible to participate in IJP for abroad
In-depth training on product, process, and soft-skills for the first 2 months
Salary increment post completion of 12 months Training Agreement
